This land was sold to a Portland-based apartment developer.

David J. Erb & Company, as managing general partner for 257 Land LLC, owned 501 acres of partially entitled ground at the NEC of I-25 and CO Hwy 7.  This parcel was sold in 2005 to a Fowler Property Acquisitions affiliate for $19.5 million.
