Castlewood Ranch - A 1300 home residential development in Castle Rock, Colorado. In its final stages of build-out, David J. Erb & Company is the managing partner of Castlewood Ranch LLC, the land development entity. Finished lots have been sold to Richmond American Homes, Pulte Homes, KB Home, Sundown Homes, Mountain Plain Homes, Greentree Homes, Joyce Homes, Melody Homes, DR Horton, Engle Homes, and many custom home builders. The value of the land development was $65 million, and the completed value of the community will be $325 million.

Abilene Station - A mixed-use development is being planned on land owned at the future light-rail station at 2nd Avenue and I-225. Abilene Station will consist of four story lofts for-rent and for-sale with structured parking. Convenience retail will be adjacent to light-rail station. The potential also exists for office building and hotel sites.
In addition to the light-rail station, site amenities include direct access to the 60-mile Highline Canal trail, pedestrian-access to Aurora City Place (grocery, retail, restaurants, entertainment...), and close proximity to the Fitzsimons Bio/Medical Campus.

Tollgate Creek Commons - A high-density residential development is being planned on land currently owned fronting I-225 on the east between 6th Avenue and Colfax. The project is envisioned to support the employee-base of Fitzsimons Bio/Medical Campus and other Aurora industries. Tollgate Creek Commons will consist of four-story for-rent lofts with structured parking.
The project will be located along the Tollgate Creek pedestrian/bike trail that connects the 60-mile Highline Canal trail to the Sand Creek Trail through the heart of the Fitzsimons campus.

Seranto - A 1,100-acre mixed use development straddling I-25 on the north side of Pueblo. Development plans call for a new interchange on I-25, which would become the terminus of Pueblo Blvd, extending Pueblo Blvd. to a full loop by-pass of I-25. The commercial area surrounding the new interchange will feature the best new life-style retail center site along the Colorado front range. Other commercial sites will be available for neighborhood shopping, office parks, and research and development facilities. The residential areas will feature covenant controlled communities with thematic architecture and a full amenity package, including finished parks with ponds and water features, a community pool, a club house, a K-8 school site, and extensive trails with links to the Fountain Creek Open Space.
