Un-entitled land - Seeking from 100 to 25,000 acres of un-entitled raw land in the logical path of development.  Length of hold prior to development may be up to 10 years.  Land may be currently zoned agricultural and  located anywhere along the front range of Colorado.
Entitled land - Residential or commercial land with immediate development potential.  Land may be located anywhere along the front range of Colorado.  Ideal target price from $2 million to $10 million.
Retail land - 2 to 20 acres of land zoned for retail development for neighborhood shopping centers anywhere along the front range of Colorado.
Improved but underutilized commercial buildings - Office buildings, industrial facilities, and retail projects where up-side potential exists through repositioning, re-leasing, and/or remodeling or additional development.
