Blake Street
Terrace
- David J. Erb was the
President and a stockholder of the developer of Blake
Street Terrace in 1985. The project incorporated the
100+ year old National Biscuit Company factory - where
hard tack biscuits were baked for the settlers and
miners pushing west through Denver. Adding a new parking
garage and office tower, the project totals over 90,000
sf of first class space in LoDo - one block south or
Coors field.
